Racing to turn on all the lights in your house when you get home to make sure there's not an axe murderer hiding anywhere. And then realizing your life is not a scary movie; it's definitely more of a romantic comedy. Catching sight of someone you love after a roller-coaster of a day. Celebrating good news with even better friends, and feeling equally grateful for both. Fireworks. The ones outside in the sky, and the ones inside when you close your eyes. A first kiss, and the one after that.
